As a learndirect learner, you will have access to:

• A tutor to help you complete your learndirect course and achieve your goals (the Learner Promise gives you more information about tutor support). You can find the details of your tutor(s) and your centre in the 'My Support' section of your Online Learning Pages.
• Your online Learning Pages enable you to plan and manage your learning and contact your tutor
• Learner Services - a telephone and e-mail helpline which provides help and advice to learners on all aspects of learndirect.  The helpline is open 07:00-23:00 and you can contact them by:
