The modern office is equipped with useful tools to help us save time and operate a successful business.
However, such tools are often not used to their full potential. Misuse or reluctance to use technology wastes 48 minutes of your employees’ time a day (smallbusiness.co.uk). Computer and Software training will give your managers and employees the confidence to make the most of office technology.
Find out more about the Computers and Software training we offer below. To talk to someone about developing a tailored training programme for your business phone our helpline on 0800 101 901. Lines are open from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.
NVQs
NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) are work-related, competence-based qualifications which reflect the core skills and knowledge required to do a job. The training is mainly on the job and NVQ assessment recognises an individual's performance at work with a nationally recognised qualification.
The ITQ is an IT specific NVQ, at level 2, which combines work-based competency assessment with online courses that provide any underpinning knowledge required. It helps employees gain a range of IT skills, from the essentials of operating IT equipment to using the internet, and can be tailored to the needs of your organisation.
For more details visit our ITQ information page, alternatively give us a call on 0800 101 901 or fill in the contact us form and we'll get our dedicated business team to give you the training information you need. The helpline is open from 7am to 11pm, everyday.

University Level Training and Qualifications
Learning through Work is a unique way to offer your employees university level training, sometimes leading to qualifications, in areas directly related to your business. Training is available at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and is delivered in partnership with a number of universities throughout the country.
With Learning through Work your employees can use projects they are doing at work as a focus for their training. The implementation of a new IT system, for example, could be used as a basis for a bespoke module which would be quality assured and validated by one of our university partners.
